To achieve these goals, Griba Srl commits to:

1. Respect the fundamental rights of workers, with particular reference to:
  • Prohibition of child and forced labor;
  • Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining;
  • Safe and healthy working conditions;
  • Absence of discrimination;
  • Equitable working hours and pay;
  • Proper and non-abusive disciplinary procedures.

2. Promote the active involvement of workers and continuous consultation through listening tools, open communication, and anonymous reporting.

3. Adopt a proactive approach in the continuous improvement of working conditions, trying to anticipate and respond to workers′ needs in a flexible and responsible manner.
